At Hathart, we use an Extended Validation SSL. The Extended Validation SSL is the highest and strongest level of SSL protection on the market. Our website is also protected by McAfee Security.
At this time Hathart uses PayPal as its sole payment processor.
If an item you would like to purchase is sold out, you can place your name on our waitlist. Once an item is back in stock, you will be notified. Please note, many of our products available for collectors are limited edition items; we will not be able to restock them.
After your order is submitted, you will be directed to an order confirmation page with your order number. If you've reached this page, we've received your order and we are either reviewing your payment information or your order is ready to be processed. You should also receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your order is submitted to confirm that we received it. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail confirming shipment.
All orders are processed within approximately 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday through Friday. Please note that all processing times are estimates and may be subject to change.
In an effort to get our shipments to our customers as quickly as possible, your order cannot be cancelled or modified once it has been shipped. However, you may be able to return your items to us once you receive them free of charge.
Please verify that the billing information you have entered is the same as the information that your bank has on file. If you enter billing information that varies from what your bank has on file, then your order will not go through. If the problem persists, please reach out to our Customer Service.
We are committed to offering you exclusive offers on our latest additions, which may change on a daily basis. Due to our constantly changing promotions, we currently do not offer post-purchase price adjustments.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. However, we do ship to Military APO/FPO addresses.
Yes, Hathart does ship internationally.
All Hathart orders being delivered to the U.S. are eligible for free shipping. International orders may be subject to shipping costs depending on the location of the customer.
Please allow up 4-15 days for delivery for products being shipped from the U.S. If you place an order that is being shipped from an overseas location such as China, you should allow up to 20 days for delivery. Please note that all delivery times are estimates and may be subject to change.
If you never receive your Hathart order, please contact Customer Service via telephone, email, or through the Hathart website. We will immediately refund your purchase or send you a replacement. Please allow 4-15 days for orders shipped from the U.S. and 10-20 days for orders shipped from overseas.
If your Hathart order is damaged or otherwise shows material or manufacturing defects, please contact Customer Service via telephone, email, or through the Hathart website. Per your choice, you may receive a full refund, store credit, or an exchange.
Your order will be eligible for a full refund if you have requested the return within 30 days of the delivery date. Hathart offers free return shipping within the United States. To make the return process even easier, we also offer the option for our customers to take advantage of our free return pickup service. Just provide us with a time frame for when UPS should retrieve the return. The UPS driver will have the shipping label available for when he arrives.
We provide free shipping on returns if you are shipping from within the United States. If you will not be taking advantage of our UPS pickup service, we will email a return shipping label. You will be responsible for the packaging that your order is mailed in. You must choose a pickup time when you will be at that location. If you are not at the correct location during the pickup, your order will be not eligible for return.
If you are outside the United States, you may return items that you no longer want, however, any such return must be received at our processing facility no later than 45 days from the date of delivery or it will not be accepted. Return labels for such returns can be generated at Hathart.

Once we have received your return, you can choose to receive your refund to your original payment method or as Hathart store credit. Once we receive your item(s), please allow 5-7 working days for us to process your refund.

“Hathart” comes from the word sandwich “Hathor” and “art”. Our founder, Catherine has loved learning about ancient Egyptian culture since childhood. Her favorite Egyptian goddess has always been Hathor, the goddess of love, music, and beauty. Catherine decided she wanted to incorporate her love for Hathor into the company’s brand. And so, “Hathart” was born. Also, the domain names “Hathor” and “Mo’Artz” were taken as domain names so she had to think outside of the box!
For every purchase made on Hathart, we will donate $1 to the National Assembly of State Arts Agenies (NASAA). At the end of every month, Hathart will donate directly through NASAA’s website. Using the purchasing power of individuals to benefit the greater good is what we're all about.
